Warm, personable, and able to create a welcoming environment while clearly explaining services and helping clients feel comfortable.

Sales-Driven Mindset

Confident in recommending memberships, packages, and upgrades, with the ability to help the team hit monthly sales goals.

Leadership & Team Support

Assists with training new staff, supports daily operations, helps manage schedules, and maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude.

Wellness Service Knowledge

Understands the benefits, basics, and contraindications of cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red-light therapy, compression therapy, slimming, and vitamin shots so they can confidently educate clients.

Operational Organization

Keeps the facility clean, stocked, and ready; oversees opening/closing duties; monitors equipment; and ensures all procedures are followed.

Strong Problem-Solving Skills

Handles client issues, equipment concerns, or scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally, knowing when to escalate to the owner.

Marketing & Engagement

Comfortable creating simple content, assisting with promotions, encouraging reviews, and supporting events and membership campaigns.

Reliability & Professionalism

Dependable, punctual, consistent, and trustworthy — someone who represents the brand well and maintains a calm, confident presence.

Tech & Software Skills

Able to use booking systems like Mindbody, check clients in/out, manage memberships and payments, and navigate digital forms and notes.

Genuine Passion for Wellness

Truly cares about helping people feel better, enjoys learning about wellness technologies, and brings positive energy to the environment.
